Training projects

The Foundation concentrates on providing children and teenagers with the necessary support in terms of education and training.
We give children and teenagers the chance to receive qualified job training with a graduation certificate. The children and teenagers who qualify for such courses come from socially deprived areas of society; however, they show particular prerequisites which promise success. Our training courses are free of charge and also contain, in part, meals during the day and transport costs.
All of the training courses focus on traditional craftsmanship, technical or service industry related jobs, which can be carried out without the need for a secondary school education. The courses can be easily implemented, are practically relevant, and are demanded on a long-term basis in the countries. In Thailand, however, we have made an exception: because our area of operation focuses on the rural areas of the country, the general school education we provide offers the best perspectives for the development of the young people.

Over 3,900 graduates with acknowledged diplomas
During the conception and implementation of our programmes, we work together with the authorities and institutions responsible for such matters. The graduation phases of our training – as long as it makes sense and is possible – are officially approved and are acknowledged across the respective country. The lessons take place in our own training centres.
The teachers are well trained, bring with them a wealth of practical experience, and, in most cases, are from the same country as the students. Our success speaks for itself: up to now over 3,900 young people have successfully taken part in our training programmes. Up to 90% of our students have found work in their area of specialisation within the first three months of completing the course.
