The Samuel Foundation in India
India is a country of extremes. On the one hand, the booming IT branch has caused a furor around the world. However, on the other hand, a large part of the population still lives in extreme poverty. Nevertheless, people with professional qualifications have a realistic chance of getting a job in this threshold country,
one which will give them a life on the other side of the poverty line. Since 1993, the Samuel Foundation has been actively training those in need in New Delhi in the dress designing business, and, every year, paves the way for 90 young people to find a better future.
