The Samuel Foundation in Germany
The Samuel Foundation was founded in Dusseldorf in 1932. Today, it is still the nerve centre of the Foundation from where the global activities are controlled and coordinated. Apart from the administrative tasks, the Samuel Foundation’s German office is also active in this country.
The Foundation is the fellow partner for “KiD”, a specialised facility for abused children. In addition to this – and in the tradition of the patron of the arts Robert Samuel – a scholarship is awarded to the Art Academy in Dusseldorf every year.
